Career Services & Specialised Support
The Training and Placement Department provides continuous training to both first and second year MBA students to enhance their employability and prepare them for industry requirements. Students are given exposure to various technical training programs such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, R Programming and Artificial Intelligence to develop their analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. These technical sessions help students gain practical knowledge of modern business tools used in organizations. In addition to technical training, first year MBA students are also trained in various soft skill aspects including communication skills, personality development, group discussions, resume building and interview preparation. These sessions are designed to build confidence and prepare students to effectively face recruitment processes and professional challenges in the corporate world.
