M.P. Birla Institute of Management is committed to providing a fair, transparent and responsive mechanism for addressing grievances of students, staff, faculty and stakeholders.

Committee

The Grievance Redressal Committee is chaired by the Principal, Dr. S. Sathyanarayana, and includes Dr. Sumithra Sreenath, Ms. Kalavathi and a student representative.

How to raise a grievance

2. Provide your name, contact number and email so we can respond.
3. Describe the issue clearly and factually.
4. The committee will acknowledge your submission within 3 working days and respond within 15 working days.

All submissions are treated with strict confidentiality and the identity of the complainant is protected.
